"A pullback is possible as the hourly momentum indicator has shown a positive crossover, yet the trend remains weak. Any rise towards the 23,700–23,750 range should be viewed as a selling opportunity, as the overall trend is still negative. We anticipate a decline to around 23,180, aligning with the 61.82% Fibonacci retracement level.

Bank Nifty also entered a consolidation phase following a sharp drop in the previous session, representing a temporary pause in the ongoing downtrend. We expect Bank Nifty to trend downward toward 49,700, which aligns with the 200-day moving average. In the short term, resistance is likely in the 50,560–50,700 zone.

Meanwhile, the Indian rupee closed slightly lower at 84.40 per dollar on Thursday, compared to Wednesday's close of 84.38."
